Bunny Wailer & Marcia Griffiths "Electro Rap" Remix

In the early 1980s, A.D., Bunny Wailer made dance music that was both innovative and masterfully produced. His genius extended beyond his membership in the original Wailers and he was (and still is) revered by many as an outspoken and sage Rastafarian. This clip features him respectfully bringing his version of the super popular Electric Slide dance "phenomenon'' to a cheering studio audience in Toronto, and then stepping the light fantastic himself in the company of a troupe of expert dancers. Nothing will lift you higher. Unless it's watching Marcia Griffiths singing and grooving to the Jah B. 12" remix, Electro Rap, released on his Solomonic Records label in Kingston, Jamaica in 1982 or thereabouts. Jah B gone but not forgotten! His works live on.
