Ateez are one of a kind man, whatever kpop group you will react to in the future you will never find a group like ateez. And also every thing in the video is not random it's connected to thier Story line. Now i can't explain it because it's litterly the most complicated story line in kpop so it's pretty hard but what you need to know is ateez never disappointed we as atiny (ateez fans) have been blessed with amazing songs and incredible choreographies ateez are named as the best performers in kpop and to see that you have to watch them live. I recommend you guerrilla and halazia as mv next and their album that recently came out "the world ep:2 outlaw" have amazing songs each song can easily be a title track. And I'm so excited to be with you guys on your journey to discover ateez but be careful cause once you stan you cannot unstan lol
Ateez actually have a storyline throughout their vids since debut in 2018. Check out more from them. You won't regret it. Also, their live performances are something else, so if you ever get a chance to see a live, they will blow you away guaranteed. ❤ P.S. their concept is kinda like Pirates so that's why they had a parrot. The storyline is way more complex but they are Pirates ( more like freedom fighters fighting for what they treasure) and there's time travel, different dimensions ( Dimension A is our dimension and Dimension Z is a dystopia world called Strickland, where art and emotions are banned.
ATEEZ have a lore/storyline and it continuously since 2018. From what you saw in this vid, they are in hiding and undercover as bikers, police etc for their mission - dethroned the Strictland gov who are manipulate human emotions. The actual story can be read in their diary album version. And for their MVs, usually, there will be the snippets or hints for their next comeback. You missed that part in this video. recommend you to watch HALA HALA ( the introduction of HALATEEZ - the black pirate who live in Strictland and trying to dethroned the gov), Answer ( HALATEEZ meet ATEEZ asking for their help, the Andriod Guardian chasing them), GUERRILLA (ATEEZ come to Strictland and use music as their weapon), HALAZIA (the POV from the witness).
I’m a fan of Ateez and Stray Kids. They each have their own style so there will be times when you like some songs more. They are actually really good friends in real life. They did a show called Kingdom Legendary and did performances where they were mixed with each other. Highly recommend you check out the performances from the show because I have never seen anything like it anywhere else
Korean people like spicy foods so much and also when the idols' performance are so on fire ,they say this performance is so spicy. In this song, they talk about their spicy performance represnting K-POP
Loved your reaction!!! I suggest next Guerrilla, Halazia or The Real. Actually none of Ateez songs will disappoint you! Some of their older stuff too like Say My Name, Hala Hala or Pirate King
Ateez is incredible live, too. I saw them last November... Oh, I am a 58 year old kpop fan!! If you like hard, listen to Guerilla by Ateez. My top 5 groups 1. BTS 2. Ateez 3. TXT 4. Enhypen 5. Stray Kids.
That was a true pleasure just watching you enjoy Bouncy, I really do hope that you get to enjoy their music even more. A lot of the others in the comments have suggested Halazia and Guerilla, but I would also like to add Wonderland to it. And one of my personal favourites The Black Cat Nero - this one has a rock/metal vibe to it, which they made for Halloween. As someone else mentioned, Ateez and Stray Kids are actually friends (a lot of people from their fandoms consider the fandoms married), so as an Ateez AND Stray Kids fan, thank you for listening to them as well!
Omg yaaaaaa!! Ateez def go super hard! One of the most talented kpop groups ever!! They are also performance kings too so I recommend watching live performances!! I rec Guerrilla and Halazia next 🔥🔥
Thank you for your reaction! The k-hot chili pepper part of the title is there for the international public so they understand the vibe: it’s all about spiciness (in all aspects of the term 👀) but with a Korean twist. Ateez storyline is way too long for me to get into here but it’s really fun to follow. The fans are just waiting for a book or movie at this point 😂
it's pronounced more like 'aye-tease', it's fairly similar to 80's tho. Also San (the guy in the white tank top who knocked that guy out with the kick) has a 3rd degree black belt in taekwando so technically he could kick someone's ass if he wanted to lol
I know skz is more popular and damn good both hav diff styles..but my fav is Ateez..ateeznis the best fourth gen..seriously and mostly due to their energy and live stage ..and presence in stage
I would like to recommend you other groups too: ONEUS - Twilight, Come back gome, To be or not to be, No diggity. The boyz - Maverick, The stealer PENTAGON - Daisy, Feelin like, Basquiat TXT - Loser, Sugar rush, Devil by the window
I LOVE ATeez. I saw them live only knowing Guerrilla. Life long fan now. Amazing!!! I'd recommend Halazia, Hala Hala, New World, to name a few. But if you like the production side I highly recommend Suga from BTS his solo project he goes by Agust D his song and MV Daechwita and Agust D is so hard. It's all hip hop though.
PLEASE MORE ATEEZ!! ateez are actually seriously underrated among kpop fans and we love to see more people find out about them! i personally recommend guerilla, deja vu, wonderland, and halazia! thank you for supporting our boys❤
As a fan of ATEEZ (they're my ult group) and also Stray Kids, I have to agree with others who have said that you need to experience more from both. They're both amazing, but ATEEZ has top place in my heart because they don't have a song I dislike (and I can't pick a favorite one, either). This song, and the whole new album, is fire... but they've got an extensive catalog that includes different "feelings", and I like to think they've got something for everyone and for every time in one's life, because it really is just that easy for me to relate to the music (even as a 40-something mom). I almost always leave suggestions to others, because I don't think you can pick a bad song for reacting... as long as you walk into it without the expectation that everything will sound the same. ATEEZ has no "set sound" imho; you can tell it's them in certain ways, especially once you're used to their voices or if you hear a giggle from Captain Hongjoong or Mingi's "Fix On", but they're a group that I feel is their own genre so to speak (I feel the same way about SKZ and Falling in Reverse). They have absolutely wonderful b-sides that are beautiful and meaningful, but also some harder sounds. From what I understand about the non-lore double-meaning of the lyrics ~ ATEEZ has been called "spicy" by fans because of their fire stage performances, so they've rolled with that and taken it all one step further to reference "Korean Hot Chilli Peppers" ("Cheongyan Gochu", named in the song, has an intensity of 10,000 Scoville heat units)... then one more step because in Korea, "gochu" is also a slang term for 'male parts'. So here we have our super-intensely spicy Koreans doing a "vibe" dance that emphasizes that slang, lol. I'm not Korean or anything, but there's at least one article that's been written about it. Aside from the playfulness of all that, though, the song and MV are very much entrenched in ATEEZ lore. It's totally possible (and acceptable) to just enjoy their music and not give a flying flip about the lore and storyline... the rabbit hole of enjoying ATEEZ is plenty deep without going through all those side channels to try to figure out what's actually going on. However, if you DO want to try to grasp more of the storyline, there are loreTINY out there who have websites or will share in comments... and KQ drops hints in the form of teaser videos, preview videos, and intro/outro teasers on Music Videos (always be sure to watch to the very end if you don't want to miss those; you'll probably hear from fans when you skip it, but it's really only necessary if you're trying to follow along -- ahem, you did miss a small scene at the end of this one, actually). I love that you picked up that the bullet hit the Guardian! I've seen some reactions where they don't even notice it, or it takes a few plays over that part for them to point it out, so seeing it first time through is awesome. You can see the Guardian NOT getting blown up before and after the "Answer" MV and also at the end of the "Fireworks" MV... there's a live performance where we see quite a few of them in a 'battle' scene on Kingdom: Legendary War, as well. I can't recall off the top of my head if there are other times one or more show up. The Android Guardian is a kind of police which tracks our guys because they're going against the government in the dystopian society of world/dimension Z, so it's nice to see it taking a bullet here. Great first reaction, and thank you for doing it. They're still so underrated and I love to see them getting more notice with reaction channels!
Id highly recommend checking out some korean metal bands like Remnants of the Fallen. There's some awesome ones. I also highly suggest a rock band called FTS Island, lead singer Lee Hong-gi has a great gravelly voice. Ateez is one of my favourite K-pop artists along with Stray Kids, BTS, Got7, Monster X, plus a bunch more.
When peoples start to watching videos ateez n straykids, they're alwys compare or smth like yeahh, eum i think ateez n skz same genre but different vibe u know, i like both of them they're music so different n crazy i think #fromstayatiny
if you likes stray kids and ateez i definitely recommend seventeen, they have 13 members and are known to be very n sync. i highly recommend their new song called super.
LMAO, yeah, the fans will surely tell you what 'k-hot chilli peppers' means... 'cheongyang gochu' means cheongyang peppers (it's just a name of a chilli pepper, similar a jalapeño). Pepper, or 'gochu' is also a slang term for male genitalia... not just because of the phallic nature of chilli peppers, but because there's a link between varying levels of 'spiciness' and... size? Let's put it that way... the spicier the 'better', so to speak. They're basically bragging about how much different they are to others in the industry. Not sexually, more musically or talent-wise, is what the lyrics are suggesting. The 'pepper' thing is just a metaphor for that. (Aka, they're not actually suggesting anything about their bodies, that would be too much, they're just explaining that like a spicy pepper, they literally just have a different vibe, or 'hit' different. That's what the lyrics suggest to me, anyways, who understands - although fairly rudimentary - Korean.)
ATEEZ is fierce and amazing // check out Wonderland, Guerilla, Inception, Halazia // any ATEEZ is fantastic // Hope you check out MONSTA X - Alligator, Love Killa, Gambler, Rush Hour, Shootout // EXO and SHINee are fantastic // NCT 127 is so good -- Gimme Gimme, Simon Says, Superhuman, Ay-Yo, 2 Baddies, Chain, Regular, Kick It, Sticker // WAYV is great too -- Moonwalk, Turn Back Time, Phantom, Action Figure, Regular. Thanks
I'm a Stray Kids STAY and i take absolutely no offence to you saying ATEEZ is different and hits harder.... because they do. I stan both groups, STRAY KIDS are my ULT but second is ATEEZ because they add more to my playlist. Just to change it up BTOB is third, lol

Yah, a sample of one song each doesn't tell much. They both have hard songs, fun songs, light songs, and ballads.
