Great tutorial. Do you know if this would work for adding ambient rgb led lights on the interior of the Hummer? If so, are there any particular brand of lights I should be looking for?
Great video, unfortunately I had to figure it out a week before this came out. They did help with the pins required. I used the instruction for the roof light bar from GMC, which is pretty much the same. One recommendation is, from instruction, when you have the 8 pin connector removed from harness, ‘use a suitable tool to release the housing cap”. Basically the white/ivory plastic piece securing the internal pin pops forward about 1/4”, then you slide in the pin from the back till it seats. Then push back in the insert to secure the pins. I also added a bit of silicone where the wire goes in to keep moisture out since there is no rubber seal. Also I used a dremel to notch out the plastic piece on the car where the wire bundle turns to go under front of hood, much more flush and cleaner install.
So when I click the link for the pins there’s 4 options for pins. Could you tell me which one it is by chance? Great video and definitely on point with how you explained everything.
Thanks for the pin part. I could not find that anywhere.
We have a website where to order. You can also pick them up at autozone

Great tutorial. Two quick questions. Where do you find the pins that go into the connector? Where did you get those relays from? What part numbers?
Please check video description for part numbers
Thanks!

You can get 14 gauge ones
@@MandRautomotiveawesome Thankyou very much
What happens if you leave both the Amber DRL and the White LED on at the same time? Will that cause any problems?
No they are independent so it won’t hurt the lightbar. They will both be on but the white overpowers the amber DRl
@@MandRautomotive awesome. Thanks!
Thank you. GM is so inept at helping customers with these questions
