Very good. I just made and ate this recipe. Since I did not have 'papadi-gathiya', I roasted little 'Besan powder' and added to the pot. I think addition of 'Besan powder' was a little too much and it ate all the oil. The use of little Besan powder will look the recipe oily and shimmering.
