After being on fence for an upgrade on AM4, i went ahead from 2600x to 5700x3d. It is a day and night difference. Getting smooth stable FPS with 4060. Im set for 1080p for 2 years more now.

I got my 5700x3d upgrading from a 5500 some days ago, games like Scape from Tarkov benefit a lot from this cpu, it literally doubled my fps. Overall its going to increase stability, but the fps increase really depends.

I just built this exact rig, with 32GB DDR4 3600mhz ram. With the latest 4060 drivers, im having INSANELY high DPC latency from nvlddkm (Nvidia drivers). The FPS in my maingame (cs2) is constantly arnd 300-400, but there are spikes in input latency from time to time (5ms jumping to 20ms) occasionally, alongside visual tearing. Tried installing fresh windows, debloated windows, DDU n nvcleanstall, driver updates on everything, bios tweaks, hpet, all sorts of things I can find on the internet. Anyone else facing this issue?

Yes, definitely. But to be honest a ryzen 5 5600/5600x would already suffice, its what im currently rocking and i am hoping to buy a 7 5700x3d alongside a 4060.

The temperatures are not convincing to me, I think they are clearly false information, even though the liquid cooling is 240mm, the processor is running at 65-75 temp ` for some reason this guy has 50+55 at 4.0 GHz with the stock cooler, that's a lie.

its not a lie thats how the x3d chips are, they run lower temps and draw less power because of the high amount of cache.
