@@andrewrex9041 Shin's beam has astronomical range and he has insane accuracy, I doubt that Godzilla can dodge from several miles away. The problem is that after acquiring Mothra's trait of absorbing energy, G would go nuclear and release pulses periodically to avoid a meltdown, until he reaches Shin and blasts him off half dead but winning.

This was cool but i think they forgot about shins evolution factor where he basically adapts to the situation more and more like they explained in the movie, i think that wouldve given him the upper hand, cool animation overall.

His evolution is not instantaneous, his body can adapt yeah but it take his time, when gozilla almost creat his sons it took two weeks remember? Imagine if it have to adapt to another godzilla with more fighting intentions knowing that shin its not a fighter

You captured the personalities of both Godzillas perfectly with their eyes alone. Legendary is very aware and calculating, and also seems to hold a grudge, like when he intently looks at Shin while narrowing his eyes. All Shin did was mindlessly trudge forward-- it was Legendary who actually started the fight. He's aggressive and domineering, just like he was in the 2019 film.
Shin on the other hand is oblivious and only really attacks out of self defense. Shin didn't even look at Legendary, his eyes were expressionless and...blank. Half the time he just ignored Legendary and walked away, only retaliating when the military pestered him. A big exception was when Shin's beam didn't work on Fire Legendary-- he looked absolutely terrified.
I honestly feel really bad for Shin, he's just as confused as ever and was only minding his own business. He was so submissive in the end when looking up at Legendary for his approval, and he only bowed because he didn't want to fight...he never did (also cuz of that sweet sweet KotM reference). Very true to the source materials, sir. Well done.
Well the song Who Will Know from Shin's movie perfectly captivates how Shin feels. He's just an animal suffering from radiation. He's not intentionally hurting anyone, he's just wondering aimlessly and in constant pain

People are kinda forgetting this is only Shin Godzilla's 4/5th form. He can straight up evolve right then and there. He did this in his own 🎬 🎞 movie 🎥 📽 . If Shin keeps evolving during their fight Legendary Godzilla would eventually be overwhelmed.

Honestly, I feel like Shin Godzilla wouldn't be able to fight the same way previous iterations of Godzilla could. Shin Godzilla is in a constant state of pain and agony and solely acts out because of that. He's almost always on the verge of having a meltdown so I feel like he can't really put up a fight against other monsters because of that

the things i wish would happen in these types of fights with shin is if he were to evolve, i mean i get you can't really go past his 4th form since it's like his main form we see and we wouldn't know what he would look like after that, but that's the thing, he evolves to his environment. Take this for example, he has small hands and arms, but in a fight like this, he might evolve larger and more muscular arms. Remember that he evolves to counteract his weaknesses or things that can hurt him, such as resilient and strong skin and his atomic breath and photon rays.
also we all know shin is basically impossible to kill, unless every singular cell in his body is destroyed, he will constantly come back and change things up, so he'd be one hell of an opponent to face

I do have some things to say about this animation:
I really love it! But shin Godzilla learns from its every opponent. Evolving in front of them, I’d imagine that shin Godzilla would find a way to have the perfect physical shape to kill them. Even if Godzilla did survive as long as they did and transform into thermo Godzilla feel like shin would find a way…Also I would like to say that the animation is great, keep up the good work!

As a fan of shin Godzilla I have to say, you truly did this fight justice. You gave solid respect to both incarnations of Godzilla beautifully. I may like shin Godzilla more and have my biases about this fight but I would imagine the real thing would be so close to this that the difference would be irrelevant. Thank you so much for making this masterpiece. This really is a gem and I’m so glad I watched it.
I doubt it would be close, because legendary got his power from mothra, in the fight mothra wasn't even there, how could he have randomly got to that amount of power? he had already used a ton of beams.

Well I think an actual fight would be more interesting than he would have been able to do with what he had to work with since Shin can mutate himself to get whatever he needs, so he would develop new abilities as the fight progresses
@@Crttyt67 I would have loved to see him evolve a "godzilla-proof" solution to his defense, or a weapon suited to destroy godzilla. Heck, given that he is the only kaiju in his universe, why not use the foetuses in his tail to create more kaiju with their own independant solution, or "pop wings" like they said in the movie and become his own brand of king ghidorah. Shin Godzilla's main weapons are his impredictability and the fact that he makes all conventions and reasonning out of the window.
A Base Metabolism ? Doesn't need any of that.
The Square cube Law ? He didn't know, and didn't care, he is walking just fine.
The logic behind his metamorphosis ? Whatever suit his need as a continued existence.
The fact that he defies all reason is why he is a god incarnate.
Very cool but the problem is that Shin can evolve itself... So it probably should just evolve into something that will win Legendary Godzilla. Anyways, the video was good!

Shins evolution isn’t a _perfect_ counter for everything (in other words he isn’t an X-men sentinel) he adapts using traits he _thinks_ work best for a given circumstance. This is essentially why he didn’t even start trying to unleash miniature versions of himself to combat humanity until _the very end_ of the movie even after he was being knocked down by buildings, hit by exploding trains and pumped full of blood coagulant, because he thought that all the abilities he had already would be enough to repel the JSDF in their planned assault.
There’s really nothing meaningful that he can suddenly evolve quick enough to instantly overcome another monster of similar size so quickly that it turns the battle in his favor on a dime, especially one as durable and strong as legendary Goji. Combat like this doesn’t allow a long respite period for him to get his bearings he either has to work with what he’s got or waste time leaving himself vulnerable while _trying_ to come up with a new adaptation that may or may not work.

Honestly I think Legendary would truly take the cake for a fight like this. Shin Godzilla has too many faults for him to win. For example, Shin Godzilla is far slower and has arms that are too short for any sort of melee combat, with the only exception in melee aspects being his long ass tail. And on top of that, Shin Godzilla has a major weakness in his spines, especially when he gets hit in the area where the spines are. If enough force is applied, it can damage him easily. But Shin’s laser breath could prove to be deadly if put up against Legendary Godzilla like this. Even though we didn’t see Shin fight any monsters in his movie, that doesn’t mean his beams are ineffective against other Kaiju. Shin is more adapted to long-range battles with his laser breath, so he could potentially be a good fighter from a distance but definitely not up close.
Legendary Godzilla, however, has got all he needs to be an efficient fighter. He has strong, opposable arms, a muscular tail, agility since he’s able to run (as seen in KOTM and GvK), and has more intelligence than Shin. Plus, while Shin’s laser breath can be effective at long range, so can Legendary’s atomic breath. If Shin were to be pitted against a fully-charged Godzilla 2021, he would lose easily. Godzilla 2021 drilled all the way to the Hollow Earth, for god sake. Now that’s power.
So in short, Shin Godzilla is better suited for long-range combat but lacks heavily in melee fighting (again, minus his tail), while Legendary Godzilla is efficient at both a distance and up close, giving him a major advantage in battle. So yeah, Legendary definitely takes this one.

When it seemed that Shin G would come out on top, he tapped into a power given to him years earlier, and went thermonuclear! This succeeded in putting Shin down, and the natural order was restored once again!

Burning
Meltdown
And explosion godzilla.
There was never any "fire" godzilla.

This is amazing. However, I think people tend to forget that godzilla can ONLY GO INTO BURNING FORM WITH MOTHRA. Godzilla was only able to go into thermonuclear form from mothra because when she dies, her dust is absorbed by godzilla and THAT is what made him go thermonuclear. And since ghidorah sucked up A LOT of godzilla's energy, he could potentially be even more powerful than he was at the end of the movie. But without mothra he cant go thermonuclear.
The thermonuclear stage was due to the fact that Godzilla was overloading with energy similarly to how the first Burning Godzilla entered critical mass. Mothra only helped Godzilla to expend the energy before he blew up.
You're forgetting one thing shin G's rays are made of radiation and as shown in kotM he absorbs this radiation so he may well have absorbed so much radiation to the point of rivaling mothra's energy

Legendary Godzilla feeds off radiation and becomes stronger, correct? But if I implied that Legendary Godzilla become infinitely stronger Bc he kept feeding on radiation. So , Shin Godzilla releases huge amounts of radiation. So, i could say legendary Godzilla keeps feeding off his radiation and one shots shin. So no matter how much shin evolves, legendary will also become infinitely stronger. However, this is a no limits fallacy. Basically where you put no limitations on certain abilities. We know legendary can’t just take in radiation forever because he’ll eventually hold so much radiation at one point and become thermonuclear. So this is the same logic shin Godzilla fans are going off by saying ,” Shin Godzilla can evolve into anything and beat anything.” It’s basically the new saying of “supermán has no limits.”
