The bread spoils faster because it doesn’t have preservatives! Wooohooo 🎉 yes I love it👍🏽 I buy all my bread the especially the sour dough at Aldi. Yippee!
I Like be the bread at ALDI it is made without all of the stabilizers so all you need to keep it from going bad is keep it in the fridge , or freeze it to keep it fresh.
If you don't like the product take it back, you get twice your money back. And just like any store, you need to pick and choose what is the best things to get at each store.
where is everyone? I am in USA - New Jersey and we have an Aldi in the same mall as Shop Rite. I went in to Aldi just to see if their prices were better. The first thing I noticed is there is only off brand products. But the prices were very low compared to Shop Rite. Especially the fruit, veggies and meats. I would say they are almost 1/2 price. The drawback I found is as far as fruits and veggies do rot faster so I usually only get theirs if I am serving them within two days of purchase. The chicken - I usually only buy thighs - was WAY cheaper than SR and to be honest, tasted better. Even better than the Amish Market nearby where everything is fresh. I am usually a nacho chip snob so at first passed them by. But I was too lazy to go to SR to get the chips, so I got theirs. I got the hint of lime chips and honestly I was shocked to find no difference in taste and texture from the brand name I get at SR. I never buy generic colas anywhere so that was passed by. Their cheeses were much cheaper, although not as wide a variety, they were were very tasty. Eggs and cream cheese was almost 1/2 the price of SR and both tasted the same. coffee creamer - I get the Sweet Italian Cream and Aldi brand wasn't bad at all and again much cheaper. So now I go in as much as I can and get what I need for immediate use or for things I know are better or cheaper. Oh yeah another good buy was their Chuck roast. Again much cheaper than SR for same size piece but was much better. So you need to pick and choose but you can get good buys at Aldi.
I agree with you (Michigan here). I have only had good interactions with anything I have bought at Aldi's, and being a born and bred, cost-first shopper my entire life, I like their Aldi brand items much better tasting than the brand name products. In fact, I cannot think of anything I have tried that I would choose the brand name over it.
I shop Aldi for all my bakery items, since the Bunny discount store jacked up their prices to more than Aldi's. Chips, creamer, brownie mix. Bread and bagels in freezer til I need them. Love the place.
We like their bread better than any of the other stores we shop at. If we run out before we're able to get back to Aldi's, we get just what we need till we can get to Aldi to stock up. Their potatoes last longer than other stores.
hmmmm I wonder what alternative grocery chains produced this content ?Theres plenty of differences on generic brands at regular grocery chains that may not meet expectations..I personally pick up my organic grass feed ribeyes/strip steaks and hamburger exclusively at Aldis. Best quality and prices for my steaks and Bison or Beef hamburger. Also there is good deals on alot of other organic items
I use only name brand sour cream and just lightly use some dry onion soup for dip chill over night. One sprinkle onion soup then mix.Too much onion soup will make you very sick. Little goes long way
I shop at Krogars. All I can say is I'm not missing nothing. Thought I was missing out on savings, but I'll keep shopping at Krogars. Atleast there my money's not wasted!
Oh gimme a break! EVERY STORE has issues one way or another. We choose prices because we HAVE to. All groceries are IRRADIATED-hence why our vegetables go quicker than other products. Fruits too! I’m 69 and NEVER have I tasted it too! I’m a supertaster-more sensitive than ‘normal’ to flavors. Yes it’s real yes it’s true, some of us have that ability. I daresay most are my fellow ‘foodies’! I’m searching as we txt for organic heirloom seeds start growing in pots! And I hear ‘organic’ potting soil is not completely organic! So I guess compost hunting and amend the bagged stuff. Blessings to all🙏🏻❤️😎🤔ps not subbing thumbs down and again I state AI CAN KICK ROCKS lazy creators??? What’s wrong with your own voice??? Money grabs bad! 🙏🏻
This review does seem to point us in the direction of a competitor who is basically reviewing everything from a negative point of view. Although I do stay clear of their bread,as it does go off very quickly. Everything else I buy there seems fine to me.
Sounds like we are seeing a British Aldi rather than an American. Many of the products are British branded and I do not remember seeing them in Texas. If British food processes is like British cars, no wonder it sucks.
Wrap cheese in tinfoil. It will keep a lot longer. And, I have never had any problem with Aldi cheese. I've purchased sliced, and shredded. Check your fridge temp.
Pleaseee! I have been shopping at Alecia for years. Only.once have I ever taken a product back. I got the 2X return .money refunded and another product. This video.is full.of shit
I don't like the 25 cents to get a cart!! And they don't answer their phone!! They save money with less help! Sometimes they have them, some time they dont!! Where is the Frozen DUCK?? AND DUCK BREAST?? WHERE IS THE GOOSE?? SAME WITH COSTCO? AND SAMS??
The bread spoils faster because it doesn’t have preservatives! Wooohooo 🎉 yes I love it👍🏽 I buy all my bread the especially the sour dough at Aldi. Yippee!
Not all of there bread is preservative free.
Also, they seem to take it out of the refrigerator which creates moisture in the bread, and the moisture makes it go bad fast sitting on the shelf...
Me too…weekly purchase of their sourdough…never had a problem…and it’s delicious!

Most of Aldi's products come from Europe. Their foods should be preservative free since the EU is strict about preservatives.

All bakery bread doesn't last long. Just freeze it and only take what you use for the day Keep frozen Everyone knows this
The food is in it most natural form so it will spoiled faster if you want a long lasting bread you will have to buy the one with the chemicals
I shop Aldi for all my bakery items, since the Bunny discount store jacked up their prices to more than Aldi's. Chips, creamer, brownie mix. Bread and bagels in freezer til I need them. Love the place.

Spoil quickly like bread cause no preservatives….which is good…right? Just put them in the fridge.
@@gerrysicat exactly, that's what I do, keep in fridge
Or if you have a small family you could just put it in the freezer. I live in Utah and we don’t have Aldis in our state.
@@judithglavas9030 I do that also
In the US bread from Aldi is previously frozen at least sandwich and Keto bread is.
This is the Most profitable product in any food store, and has always been that way!!
This video is about Aldi's in Australia so a lot of the products mentioned there do not relate to US stores.
I use only name brand sour cream and just lightly use some dry onion soup for dip chill over night. One sprinkle onion soup then mix.Too much onion soup will make you very sick. Little goes long way
because it is fresh bread and no chemicals it goes for the rest also
Unfortunately this is true, even in the U. S. ... I have had to throw away produce and bakery products due to early spoilage! 😢😮
I shop at Krogars. All I can say is I'm not missing nothing. Thought I was missing out on savings, but I'll keep shopping at Krogars. Atleast there my money's not wasted!
Me encanta Aldi nunca tengo problema con ningún producto
Their Coke 12 pks in our store is nearly $3.00 cheaper than Kroger.
Broccholi and the small cucumbers are quick to spoil. Krogers products have a longer and fresher shelf life.
I purchase their Sour Dough bread every week..real sourdough. Never had an issue.
Haters?
Every grocery store is going to have it's pluses and minuses and Aldi is no different. All in all it's an ok place to shop.
Their lettuce can be sad…but some stuff is great.
I'm a big fan of aldi, cut my grocery bill in half or pretty close. I only go to corporate price gougers for specific things
Then prepare to pay more 🤬
They need more high frutose corn syrup in the soda-pop!!
Call Frito-Lay on the dip and tell them!

Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds--my catalog came yesterday and Fedco Seeds--catalog came today--both have many choices of heirloom seeds--both are online.

So you want more sugar in Aldi cereal?? So you dont have to eat so much of it?? Good point!!
This is from UK? Or? I don’t see the size in Florida.
I liked tuna until they took the Mercury out of it!!
Must be a different location as I saw None of the brands in this video .
Is this only for British stores. I go to Aldi in America and haven’t seeen some of these items
Sounds like we are seeing a British Aldi rather than an American. Many of the products are British branded and I do not remember seeing them in Texas. If British food processes is like British cars, no wonder it sucks.
Never had problem with their bread, I'm wonder why lately more video is coming against Aldi🤔I think I know guess who ?......Yah you're right.
There are alot of Flakes around!!
I wish that you would have a person narrating this. That AI voice grinds on my last nerve, he is overused.
Alidi cheese always get moldy after a day or two of opening compared to Walmart and Kroger cheese which last a few weeks or until you use it all
Wrap cheese in tinfoil. It will keep a lot longer. And, I have never had any problem with Aldi cheese. I've purchased sliced, and shredded. Check your fridge temp.
Why, y'all should let MAGA know about these huge discounts ‼️😂😂😂🤣
Yeah their products are crap that's why they're the fastest growing grocery chain in the USA. Most of this video and the comments are a joke.
Aldi instant coffee!
It isnt worth a hill of beans!
this is from corporate grocery?
ahh British that tells me everything
Ok all different ciubtry.
If you dont like, dont buy it !! Simple! Maybe you should shop at a higher class store!! Walmart has the items in my book!!
I bought a package of bagels they tasted so terrible
Pleaseee! I have been shopping at Alecia for years. Only.once have I ever taken a product back. I got the 2X return .money refunded and another product. This video.is full.of shit

Im getting use to the taste of E-COLI , IT ADDS ANOTHER LEVEL TO THE FLAVOR PROFILE!
Real wealthy people dont need to proove their status by logos so they wouldnt care you think they carry a kislux or real.
I didn’t buy weird stuff.
Get bagels from your local jewish bagel bakery!
A lot of their meats/foods are too salty.
Why are you talking about British pounds and showing American dollars?
It's really true their chicken is rubbery I never bought again
I think that cooking it in moist heat, like in a stew as opposed to baking it in an oven will help to make it more tender to eat. 😮😉
