Not a good manager. Always keeps crying and complaining, and looks clueless during games. The main thing is he doesnt understand the importance of organisation, defensive low blocks, all he thinks is attack attack possesion etc. Modern game has evolved. Temparent and class of mourinho, Ancelotti, pep are just different.
