p.s. I tried finding a rain sound that made it seem like you were indoor, but for some reason it was hard finding one that didn't sound like you were in a car. my apologies in advance if you don't like it LOL
how to do the tv method:
1) imagine you are on the couch and watching TV in your CR
2) when you feel ready, grab the remote and change the channel; it should change to your DR/WR
3) get up and walk through the TV; you should now be in your DR/WR
4) go to your bedroom and you should see your DR self sleeping
5) go into their body and fall asleep; you should wake up in your DR/WR
