The raw phone footage of the backstage rehearsal is awesome , it must be on his Facebook page. You really need to go back through his fb page.,during the restrictions he and his wife covered tonnes of songs and did it raw, she learnt guitar to play with him.

The original 'You Got Nothing I Want' official version when Cold Chisel came back from the US contains a fury/passion that is hard for them to match later I think. The official video/recording version of 'Saturday Night' is also great because of nightlife sounds Chisel put in the recording. So don't completely discount the studio versions.

This brought me so much joy, thank you for another wonderful reaction mate! A couple of things, 1 Jimmy only belts in a duet if the other person can sing, if they aren’t as good a vocalist he just sings bare minimum and 2 Jimmy has his family in his band, his son in law on guitar or bass I’m not positive, his son on drums, his daughters on backing vocals and his brother in law Diesel sometimes too. Yeah, Jimmy definitely adjusts his voice to fit with other singers he's singing with, which is good and produces some lovely duets. I think it's actually very respectful to the other singer. There's one song I've seen where he didn't adjust his voice (I won't say which one) and the overall impression of the song is not great. I think it's just something he ended up realising he needed to do after a mistake or two. His voice is so crazy powerful so if he doesn't adjust it he can just overwhelm others' voices.
There are heaps of amazing clips of our Barnsey mate. Another good one from his Cold Chisel dayzzzz is only make believe a Conway Twitty song. Jimmy does that one justice in a rock n roll way
