Finally a 70-footer where no space is wasted! The second bedroom would be my hobby room... I never thought I would fall in love with a porthole boat and a walk-through bathroom, but here we are, I love it! And since the side hatches are glazed and sitting at the right spots, I'd be happy with the portholes.! When I saw the first porthole plug, I thought it was a brie cheese...lol
No solar? The generator is nice if you spend a lot of time out in the country and use a lot of power. Galley's well laid out. The boat has a lot of nice touches you don't see on others. The dinette's actually nice. No stove? That's a shame. I'd turn the guest room into an office, or expand the saloon for space for a stove. Bathroom's nice, and the main bedroom really looks comfortable. The price isn't bad for what you get, and it's pretty much ready to move onboard
Miele = Me-leh 🙂 Me as in 'you and me'. leh as in 'eh' (short sound). Or the 'e' sound in veg(etable). They're not top-end luxury, they're known for producing simple yet long-lasting reliable products. I have one of their vacuum cleaners and it'll celebrate it's 24th birthday this year. And i've always had pets, so that's saying something.
Excellent layout ! Just an observation :-portholes ! Just too small ,jhence dark inside . need to-be same size as side hatches ,to enjoy the country side as it glides along .I.m.h.o..
@@kirstins.7630 And it's not top end luxury either, in The Netherlands Miele is well-known for long-lasting more than loads-of-options luxury stuff. I have one of their vacuum cleaners that'll be 24 years in use this year, in a house that has always had pets. Sort of the higher end of the middle-range electronics?

Lovely boat. Excellent layout. Amazing woodwork. Thank you for showing all those cupboards.
Stunning. I thought £149k so pleasant suprise. What a gorgeous home it’ll make someone.
Stunning, might not have the width as a widebeam but certainly makes up with the length, beautiful layout and design 😊
Absolutely stunning boat!
No solar?
Stunning boat 😮
No fireplace?

Very impressive boat.
Lovely boat, but the price was still a bit of a surprise.
Cracking boat, for me needs a wood fire and solar then perfect
Beautiful
wow look 'the price
A stunning boat but over £2,000 per foot and you would still need to splash out for a decent solar array 🤔

Buy a house for that ……..
You could buy a street of terraced houses in Stoke for that 😉
Could buy Bradford for that.
