Princeton Review GMAT Prep Review (Watch Before Buying). In this video, John from the Test Prep Insight team covers the major pros and cons of the Princeton Review GMAT prep course. Overall, John is a big fan of how Princeton structures its study materials as well as their GMAT practice questions. Princeton also offers an industry-leading 10 full-length GMAT practice tests. These are computer-adaptive practice exams just like the real GMAT. John is also a big fan of the Princeton Review GMAT classes. Princeton offers fantastic GMAT instructors and tutors. On the downside, the Princeton Review GMAT courses are on the expensive side. With that said, sometimes you can save money by using a promo code or discount code. John also thinks the Princeton Review video lessons could be improved. All in all, John gives the Princeton Review GMAT course high grades. My dream school is London Business School. Great review of the course. I just wish the video production quality of the self-paced course was better. Is it a deal-breaker though and would you suggest some other course in a similar price range?
Hey Ryan, thanks for watching! You're right - the production quality of the Princeton video lessons is about the only shortfall with this course. They're not awful, but def not the best in the space. That said, I still think Princeton provides about the most comprehensive review package in GMAT prep overall. BUT, if you're a visual learner and would really benefit from engaging video lessons, I'd look at Kaplan. We think their video lessons are really, really good. Engaging, good production value, solid content. And their self-paced course is only $600 + you can usually catch it on sale for 15% off. Hey Winston, yes, I think PrepScholar would work fine under that study schedule. Our team really likes the PrepScholar GMAT course, and it should work well for most students. The only thing I'd say is that with one full month of studying @ 8-9 hours per day, that's more total hours than you think and you may burn through through all of PrepScholar's practice work. They typically provide a little less practice work than others with 1,200 practice questions and 4 practice exams. However, even if you do so, you could supplement with GMAC's practice materials. But you may not even get through all of the material, that's just a thought, and I do think PrepScholar would be enough.
