@@whiterun inner city is and feels more open to international cliente since the university is around. Most likely a lot of students that work there from bigger cities. Outer area/ towards forest I cant recomment. A lot.. and I mean A LOT unfriendlyness towards foreigners. It seemed to me that these people there are generally unhappy with everything and everybody. It was like the german version of hillbillies and rednecks...
