Wendy van Dijk (Ushi) is actually not a comediene but a tv show host. I think Ushi was her first act, she later also did a Suriname girl named Dushi. Nobody complained when she played Ushi, but when she came with Dushi she suddenly was called "Racist".

Wendy playing Ushi was always great to watch! Very cringing and in some interviews probably way more extreme than what the Americans would allow on television 🤣🤣

I recomend derek ogilvie, the baby whisper, tv host and verry good friend of wendy. In that time he was working on a carreer in japan but his sexuality was a problem. He absoluty died when ushi forced him to be fair about his gay sexuality. Verry funny interview

wendy is really funny.
She started in the Netherlands with ushi. But at a certain point everyone knew ushi. So it was no longer a joke.
and that's why she started doing interviews abroad because nobody knew her there.
But this is really really funny
