I feel like being an “old soul” has led me to be world-weary. I’ve never really understood why people do all the strange things they do and why when I try do do what they’re doing, it doesn’t satisfy me.
I know this feeling… I struggle to see where their enthusiasm comes from. I’m really happy with not much and just doing my own thing, which they struggle to understand.
They assume that we want the same things. I just want to help people and not be shit on for it.

I’m 42 going through an awakening. I never understood this world s d it’s rules. It makes no sense to have homeless people and we have a lot of empty apartment, houses, and motels rooms. A person should never have to live on the street like an animal.( we threat them worst then animals). And all these places to eat and stores no one should ever go hungry. I don’t care what choices a person make or whether they are on drugs or whatever, that doesn’t make you any less then other people. Plus no one wants to be an addict, it’s a way to stop hurting. There is so much good that can be done in this world but no one wants to take responsibility, which it will only work when everyone take responsibility for our world because this is a collective .
Everyone who watches this channel is an older soul, when we all come in we all have the same memory (blank), but as you grow, the older the soul the faster you pick up life's tests. Keep on keeping on.

Yeah. I recall everyone in my family telling me to stop being so sensitive from a very early age. I was told, by my parents and grandparents, that grown adults were made uneasy by my piercing gaze because I apparently would stare straight into there eyes and it made them feel like I was sizing them up. My first photo after birth is of a face that seems weary and calculating, even I found it strange. From infancy up thru childhood I apparently was able to carry on conversations that were far beyond my years. The ability to feel the suffering and sorrow of others no matter who, what, where, when and how isn’t fun. Becoming aware that you’re not normal and others truly couldn’t give a rat’s ass about how much pain other people, animals and even nature sustain, is awful and alienating. Then I woke up and became aware that the lens through which I viewed the world was warped and negative and depressing. I’ve had to become extremely mindful of what I allow myself to be exposed to. Especially with regards to videos about real life circumstances and movies that are in the horror genre. I used to watch horror, dystopian, supernatural, evil drama and the like quite often. I’ve occasionally tried to rewatch something that I used to “enjoy” and literally become nauseated, fearful and start to shake.
At the last moment when Yash said that old souls that feel deeply, not only feel sorrow that way but get to feel joy and happiness just as intensely I had an “a ha”. I had forgotten that part. In this past year I’ve become more aware and present. I have found joy in the simplest of moments and take the time to stop the mad world from spinning on and sit with that emotion and appreciate the thing that afforded me the peace. Learning and accepting that the world will always have awful situations was a big step for me. Finally getting that we come here to experience things that simply do not exist back home has helped me to accept that everyone else picked their situations and I do not have to feel their pain so intensely. Accepting the dichotomy of this simulation and that I honestly cannot have any effect on the big picture scenarios, has made my experience much less painful. The only things I have any actual control over are how I act and how I react. That’s it. Which in turn allows me to finally feel small moments of joy again.

Sounds like something narcs would say. Im starting to think narcissists are school teachers to advance a persons consciousness by forcing them to evolve. Life be like "how many damn lessons is this person NOT gonna see? Send in a narc already lets get this ball rolling."
Yo for real, i feel ya. I had a similar experience from the eye contact, feeling others pain and others not caring if you’re more sensetive.
For me i just kinda realized along the line that, people will be people and they will do what they do. Its pointless to feel so deeply and waste your own energy on people that dont feel the same way about you. Its better to just focus on your own race and do the best you can. I realized that some people cant be helped because they arent supossed to be. I dunno maybye its like a god-made rule where you cant simply give others a helping hand, instead they have to suffer the things they signed up for.
But yeah you defenetly feel the joy in simple things after all of it. It really is such a relief after all the tough times.

When I was finally able to learn and accept that most people are so deeply entrenched in the unconscious program they signed up for and that nothing I could say or do would have any effect, I felt relieved. The nagging notion that I had to try to “save” as many as possible in order to be deserving of wakefulness was exhausting. Now I believe that the best way to be of service to others is to cultivate my connection with myself and be an example of what’s possible. I do more when I feel strongly compelled to. I pay closer attention to what is put in front of me and how I feel. I’ve got enough on my own plate without having to worry about clearing someone else’s.
Now when I make eye contact with total strangers I accompany it with a genuine smile. They usually want to speak after that. Connection and kindness have become rare in this hectic world. I don’t want to experience that world anymore. So I’ve decided to be kind.
God is running the show wow u just lifted every pain that was inside of me . Yes it’s all for the evolution of my Spritual growth . In the world nothing happens without the GOD GRACE .
What life is teaching me these is a real trust and faith in God. We odten say we trust and believe in the Most High, but do we really, really have all of ourselves surrendered. Current Chapter: Learning to know God
Everyone needs to go to nature (the higher the better) with a question on their minds, calm yourself, walk, or sit by a body of water or stream, and just let natures answers rush through, sometimes I had to try all the above, but then as soon as that question is answered you will play dominoes with nature and all the questions will fall at your feet, just don't stop asking. The hardest part is finding the right frequency and remember how you found it so you can continuously come to nature and reveal THE BOOK OF LIFE.
Just see your sensitivity as a tool, you got a sharp tool, very powerful, use it well. Of course, it's easier to help someone when you feel exactly how they feel, just don't take it personally. Don't stay within other people's hurt, feel it, understand it, then move past it, empathy is a beautiful thing. It boils down to your inner flame, that burns away the bad, and you're trying to light up other people's flames that may be weaker than it should, and that weak flame doesn't clean their psyche fast enough, so you are sharing yours, to empower theirs, sure, your flame gets lower as you are giving it, but you know how to rekindle it better than most, so it's not a big deal, you help them refire the oven, then they are good to go by themselves, that's the idea. And when they have too much darkness to burn, you take on some and you burn it, it doesn't take very long because your flame is huge, it's ok, let it happen, feel it, then move on. You don't have to seek people to heal, you don't have to force anything, it's all being done automatically, through you, just experience it, accept it, cherish it, don't take it personally, accept that you are a tool for better or worse. Let the big man cook, through you. Cheerio.

i feel totally dead inside i am acutely aware of this. Maybe to trauma and stuff, dissociation litterally cuts us off from our life force. These people who you are referring as ’soulless’ is kinda rude. Maybe they have never had any spiritual experiences and subtle energies. Sad for them because they miss out on the beaty of life.

After my Dad’s passing I had a reoccurring dream that me, him and his mum (my nan) were on an airplane and it was about to crash. We all knew it and just held hands. I have never felt such calm and such peace in my being at that point. I would wake up just before the plane went down. Thank you as ever, grateful for finding your channel ❤

A lot of dreams be past & future lives being experienced through the now moment of your consciousness. As a child, I’ve had a total phobia of water & my first encounter with water on a large level was on a field trip in headstart at a YMCA( age 4-5 ). The trainer was taking all the kids into the deep. I was screaming & crying not wanting to get in. Through out my life, water rushing my face gave me bad anxiety, to the point I hyperventilate & barely can breathe. So fast forward to me being 22 (this year), I had a dream where I was on a school bus with other kids riding down this hill with a lake at the bottom but the road was curving to the left. As I’m on the bus going down, I already knew we was going to crash into the lake & that’s exactly what happened. When it happened, the bus was going down and water was filling in. Next thing you know, a black out happens which maybe symbolizes I left my body & after, I could see people crying at the scene in my spirit body. I got up & was like wow, that explains my fear of water. The dream state is awesome!
Woa.. I'm 52 now.. And I've had similar experience with being afraid of water.. I was Maybe 3 or 4..and my parents tried to take me on a boat.. And oh boy I freaked out and cried bad.. And I swear ever since that day my father never wanted anything to do with me after that.. 😭🪬🧿🔱💖🙏🏻🕉️🙏🏻 I forgive them because they didn't know.. It's hard yes.. 🙏🏻💖🕉️🔱

This is very interesting and extremely insightful. As a teen even while thinking reincarnation is ridiculous I always weirdly felt my horrible fear of Spiders came from a previous experience “I” have never had. The fear has gone down tremendously as my intuitive beliefs start to evolve. It’s one of the most fascinating topics this life has to offer in my opinion.

I've been considering being a vegetarian because the spirit has told me time and time again in meditation that you absorb the spiritual energy of what you eat, and alot of meat products come from animal slavery. So it's like you're putting the energy of oppression into yourself

So very true. I love meat but I have chosen to eat less of it because the vibration of the death brings my sensitivity down. I want full access to my power so I would rather eat ultra nutritious foods that build me up. Fish is not off the menu! Eggs? The best protein imo. I want to raise some chickens and love them and spend time with them and those eggs will be full of love and life!

I'm curious on how you'd apply your framework on political issues -like the war currently going on in the Middle-east-If you were living in close-proximity to human suffering. I live in Egypt and the war on Gaza certainly feels real on almost all planes of consciousness. I've experienced bliss and non-duality before and I get what you're implying when you say that it's all a show run by God (and I agree) I'm just curious about how you'd feel about kids being butchered in Gaza & Sudan-Events such as these certainly lack humane theatrical elements. So, It's kinda hard inferring wisdom from such horrific experiences being an empath. Thanks in Advance!
I have a couple videos upcoming that touch on this. But thats an existential question and the response would be too much to write. But your own heart will reveal these answers or higher perception about these things at the right time. Thats the only satisfying way actually.
but of course you never become numb. And u may always feel deeply about these things. This has to also be accepted.
It seems that suffering in this dimension is inescapable. It sure builds character, but I guess the meaning of such experiences can't be fully grasped within the constraints of our Earthly time. The temporal dimension needs to dissipate for it all to make sense.

I feel the same way with pharmaceutical drugs. Only had brief experience with them but they made me feel artificial and weird. Never liked it and avoid them. You are the first person I've heard touch on this in regard to a spiritual perspective. I found that interesting.
Also agree with not being dogmatic and being flexible. Nice to be on the same wave length as you in many ways
How are you with alcohol? I've drank it on a handful occasions in my life and hated the taste. It's absolutely vile. Being drunk can be fun but the taste makes it a no go for me

I study dream interpretation and I uncoded some of the symbols and it really happened in real life in front of my eyes!.
I am bad at interpreting but I guess your dream 2:27 is something is not good sir is gonna happen to you, your father is for a reason in your dream, he is a symbol of a supreme power protecting you, you didn't say who's driving but I suppose he was the driver meaning it is out of your control which is going to happen and you will in real life pray and surrender.
The end in the dream is the same as in real life, if everything is good and you avoided the bombs you will be ok in RL.
