Not very clean. I hate this.
So what's happening here?
Basically using water attunements to bridge the wildfire cooldown so it aligns with storm glyph and stuff, then in the second half I don't do that because it naturally aligns after for the finisher. Very cool. What is a looping rotation anyways

Just theoretically how much dps loss is no fire shout?

Not sure for this alac build specifically. Shout itself does dps but it gives aura uptime which is very important. Fire traitline also gives a fire aura for free every fire attunement, so not sure how the uptime looks without the shout. I'd just keep it as it generates might and fury which is a nice thing to bring as boondps. If anything probably replace storm glyph
