I keep my kits and all the add ons together in boxes in lids. They didn’t always come in zip pouches as I recall, but I kept everything together. I plan on converting to a binder system and invested in lots of binders, magnetic sheets and sleeves. I’ll use my P-Touch to label but to start I’m using masking tape and a pen. I just want to get more organized since I have hundreds of sets. I know, I know, I need to purge some of it and I’m all for that too. I have to say I just love the cards that Crafty Anna made. They’re great for inspiration and her coloring is skillful. It reminds me of storybooks from my childhood. I like the concept and can’t wait to try it. I’ve seen something like it before but it didn’t look as easy as Anna’s method. Loved this video! ❤
I love the way you track your supplies. I know there are app's out there to document supplies. I like your system better. I'm thinking about using your system. Happy New Year, and thanks for the tip!
Watched a few journaling with me videos as of late where cardmaking has been a suggested topic in the periphery; this is my first real viewing of a cardmaking channel. The algorithm indeed picked a great one for me to start with; I thought your descriptions of what you were doing/the cards themselves were vivid and your organizational method logical. Subscribed!
Great video. You are very good at explaining information and the cards you created were so cute (love the cutouts on the front). I love your storage system. I use a Pinterest board to record my stamps and dies.
Thank you! I use Pinterest too but only to keep a record of all the projects I made thru the years. I do like you're idea too of using it for organizing 💕
Fabulous card and i love your storage solution with the folder of all kits stamped on paper so you see what you have like i do mine by theme instead of chronological, but my storage looks very same 🤗
I organize similarly with the exception of stamping in a binder. I like that idea since i am constantly flipping through my hero arts bins and other bins looking for what i want... and then i get frustrated! I know i have a certain image but i get frustrated pulling out bin after bin. It's definitely a time waster. But lordy, what a process it will be to do this with all of my stamp sets! Might be good thing to do on rainy days or when i am not inspired to create. Thanks for the tips! Cute card!
I like the idea of storing the stamps the way you do too. I currently have my kits still in the envelopes they come in. I put older kits in zipper bags similar to the hero ones. I store them in date order but I’m thinking I might use them more if I separate out the pieces like you have.
This was an amazing video. I put my kits in clear envelopes but never in clouded the add ons. I am definitely going to follow your suggestions. I love Hero Arts. I’ve collected them all. Now I don’t know what to do with the new system
I just store my kits in the zip container they come in and I take the inks out and the stencils but I like your idea better stamping them out writing down what’s in each kit by month and then putting the stamps in the dies in a different container, I might just try your ideathank you
Hi! It's actually a foldable hexagonal silicone trivet (brand: Mastrad) I bought it in the kitchen department of a department store. I just discovered it by accident that it can hold my mini ink cubes too!
Never thought of stamping all stamps and making a book - genius
Thank you!
So mamy great organizational ideas. love the die cut bin and folder idea . I already store my kits in those pockets
Thank you! 💕

It might take time to reorganize but I find it was worth it in the end! 😊

Where did you get the little green holder for the ink cube? I need that.
Yes, I was wondering the same thing
