Hello! I downloaded JBL application and I can’t find my Jbl wave 300. I can’t find my product. Any ideas? I got them today! I am on iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I think they are not supported in the app usually only the higher-end models that cost more than 100$ have a app support.

it depends where did you bought it I did see them on aliexpress those are definitely fake They sound great I bought them from an authorized dealer.

The bass is ok for a semi in ear earbuds. If you are looking for great bass you have to get a in ear earbuds.

If you need loud earbuds with good bass check out SoundPEATS Free2 Classic they should be 30-45$
