I don't know, but I created 3 new accounts:
1st standard account
2st premium 7 days
3rd premium 30 days
I try open 6 lockbox
1st account get 1 camo 0 mystery certificate
2rd account get 2 camo 1 mystery certificate
3rd account get 4 camo 2 mystery certificate
I opened it on 3 emulators at the same time
But it could be just a coincidence, don't expect much
But my friend has a 1 year premium account, when he opened the control panel, he get 1-3 tank on every try
