Gujarat, with a coastline of about 1600km along Arabian Sea, is the 5th largest state, located in the western part of India. It shares international border with Pakistan and domestically with the states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The capital of Gujarat is Gandhinagar and the main language spoken here is Gujarati along with Hindi and many other regional languages. In terms of things to be experienced in Gujarat, it has it all, be it temples, beaches, hills, sea, desert, wildlife etc. Some of the top places to visit include Rann of Kutch(White Salt Desert), Mandvi, Road to Heaven, Dwarkadhish temple, Somnath temple, Gir National Park, Statue of Unity and the list goes on and on. Enough said now its Time to Explore Gujarat.
In this video, I travel from Delhi's Sarai Rohilla Railway Station to Bhuj in Gujarat via Bhuj Summer Special Train which only runs in summer to cater to high summer rush. Though the price of the ticket is Rs100-200 higher(sleeper class) than the only other normal train that runs between the route, but one thing is good that you get the confirmed ticket even just 2 days before the scheduled departure of the train. My ticket costed me around Rs720 for sleeper class. The train journey was one of the better ones I had in recent times and the train was also very clean and not at all too crowded.
