- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
Well in the last episode we drove the route 405 from Garston Manor housing estate through to Herefield Station. It was a great route and we thoroughly enjoyed it but I did miss out part of the route, a whole 3 minute section between Garston Manor and Knockhill Business Park.
So we're back with the absolutely brilliant Studio Polygon Lite, where we're driving the reverse trip with the additional little section of route on! I hope you enjoy this brilliant bus!

Joe, you was correct about the bus lane. I was too lazy to swap sides of the road after it was ported to RHD! As for what job I do, EnviroEnviro was the closest, I was a bus driver many years ago, im now a Rail Replacement bus scheduler

fantastic video joe i am very enjoying this map i just got my tobii eye tracker 5 and it feels very weird on omsi i have to say but its quite good but whats cool is its like your driving a proper bus (!!HECK soon you wont know difference between IRL and Omsi

Don’t worry Joe, you’re not alone with the TrackIR issue. When I first got mine I couldn’t stand it 😂. I’ve only just started getting use to it and playing around with the settings to my liking. TrackIR is a very fiddly device and can be annoying at times.

depending on the game you can set deadzones soi the camera only moves if you move your head significantly! idk if that would be enough to sway you but yeah

I recently bought OMSI2, and I'm going to add Bus Company Simulator to it. I don't want to play without the British bus/maps/liveries though, and don't have a clue how to add them together (after buying from Studio Polygon etc). Is there a site that I can go to where I can learn how to put all the amazing add-ons that Joe uses on the channel here? I realise that normally you would add-on as created, but just getting to the point of using British buses and maps would be great. For a start, I don't even know what a .hof file is. To Joe - I wonder if you could make a video that's a tutorial for putting all these elements together? I try to watch you, but you click things so fast I can't keep up, and wouldn't know where to download from either. I bet I'm not the only one who needs help with this - thanks for reading.
if you click on the fellowsfilm link when you download this map or most if not alll have a readme on how to install be warned tho most of the british maps require paid add on busses from studio polygon/ masterbus if you just want a payware british map with buses id suggest yorkshire counties availible on omsi 2 dlc page on steam dont buy london doesnt matter how good your specs are its laggy and to get it to run even slightly well you have to turn settings way down
As for hof files they can become confusing easy to install but difficult to manage which one is which also certain hof are for certain buses id suggest get comfortable installing maps before touching hof files
Always read the "read me" in the downloaded folder..Like any computer program, OMSI needs modifications to be installed correctly. It just takes a bit of patience, but it's worth it
If I was playing omsi 2 and If I was stuck in traffic I would absolutely need a wee cause when I am in traffic I am excited but I don't know why I am?
