Let me tell you something. I am trying to make a career out of this. Trying desperately to grow and getting frustrated that my channel isnt getting found. Then someone like you leaves a comment like this -and it makes all of it worthwhile! thank you!!
Dude, discovered your channel a few days ago, I'm absolutely stunned by the quality of your videos : I love the way you narrate, the different POV's so we can track what's happening easier, but what I prefer is the cinematography ! Keep at it buddy ! Instantly subbed to this channel
Discovery is certainly my problem at the moment - getting found. Thank you so much for you kind words! Yes. Doing the intro's and cinematics is my favourite too. Sadly, you can't please everyone and some skip it. I try a balance - put a bit in here and there. Thanks again.
Nice cinematics and useful comments. Please add TacView part or as new video. Also, don't use black bars around video - let device adjust to max view instead of this weird look.
Thank you! Tacview is something I am thinking about. I have them for sure. I might offer them to subscription plus or something. Not sure yet. The black bars serve several purposes. They hide messages that pop up as well as well as the info at the bottom that I need while editing. Some like, some don't. I am never going to please everyone I guess. Thanks for the kind words.
Thx man! Always experimenting with post edit effects. No reshade. Just picture settings in the video editor with some manual focus techniques per scene.
This is so good Tim, tx a lot. These lessons are pure Gold for those who love Aviation and DCS, in my case both and i'm a Portuguese F-16 Instruments mechanic . that intro was pretty epic, you did the editing? some skills there Sir.
Very kind of you! Yes. I do the lot myself. One man band at the moment! It's a lot of hard work to be honest. I love it though, but it eats your time up! About 3-5 days a video. If there is problems, then it could be more.
HAHA! love it. Good thing about the buddyspike servers though- you only get 3 lives. They replenish longer than the server session. So it does stop people throwing away their lives for a kill.
@@arturrojek8034 the blatantly obvious part where you’re suggesting “no fight” on a platform titled I don’t know…..oh yea Digital COMBAT Simulator. Once again, extremely stupid comment
@@Lightning1111 Well, let me enlighten you - the times of typical air combat ended somewhere in Vietnam. Today, the winner is the one who flies faster, higher and has the right weapons. In DCS, you either shoot down the enemy from a safe distance for you and your "allies," or you're stupid enough to get into a fight at a distance of less than 20 miles. And as you wrote, DCS is a Simulator, so either you get into it according to the standards that are now the norm in pilot training and do everything to minimize losses on your side and maximize them on the enemy's side, or you play DCS like in War Thunder or another World of Warplanes or another Ace Combat, chasing each other around using short-range missiles and a cannon. How you perceive the simulation is your business alone. Therefore, to sum up - you don't want to die flying an F-14/F-15/F-16 or FA-18? Don't get into a stupid fight, just use the advantage that these planes give you over your opponents. So you don't fight, you just shoot down the enemy on your own terms without exposing yourself.
one helo captured an airfield n brought in weapons and ground support for your jet I guess for ppl who have no military aviation experience that might fly turning around a fighter jet isn't a one-man operation. also if there were two carrier battle groups there would be at least two NAVY AEW aircraft airborne so there is no way one F-16 does all the BS you are talking about
Not sure about the BS statement, it is, after all, a server and you face what you face. The supporting aircraft has to be called up by an commander. Of which, at that moment, there was none. So taking the opportunity is golden. The helicopter pilot moved in after the fighter jets cleared the path for it. He did an awesome job however! Team work is key!
I got DCS a couple of weeks ago but after seeing the controls I just gave up. You just gave me confidence to try again and learn how to play.

Helicopter pilot is a badass!!!!
Isn't he just!😮
great content! manual lofting may help give your 120s more range and hit energy.
Indeed. I think it do that twice in this one. Just timed it wrong and needed to circle out
Thanks for comment!

@@Gromit8681 I can. I've got it -but I cant get to use Premier anymore -so I use CapCut.
@@cptmrcalm thanks dude! I’ve never been able to get mine to look that good on Capcut. Thanks for the response!

Best intro yet! 😮 Also liked Tip 2. Have an escape plan. Like it!
Thanks! Trying to turn a negative into a positive. Kinda like making bread when you intended to make a cake!! What I had left over! lol
after watching all, very sweet and informative. Tx Tim

Yes. Good idea. Soon as I get a moment. I am desperately trying to finish off part 2 so I am not working over Christmas.
