The story follows Minatsu, a popular high-school girl, as she deals with the unwanted romantic attentions of multiple boys and a teacher. Her plans for evading their pursuit grow increasingly convoluted, even involving taking on alternate identities.

I loved the manga, it's one of the greatest stories I've ever read. Though I wasn't too satisfied with the ending.

@@bluejay4214 I liked Katsu!'s ending. H2 ultimately kinda just decided to ignore the triangle. I think Touch ended okay. It's been a while since I read any of them, though.
@@Ostsol Cross Game had a great ending. Hiatari Ryoukou! (anime) had a good ending too. I believe Nine also had a satisfying ending although the story wasn't that great.

I enjoyed the manga, but honestly I absolutely hated both endings.
Mitsuru Adachi is never known to give a definitive ending. He loves to let the reader hang on the cliff and/or let themselves decide what would be of the ending.
I understand the reason some artists may want to do that, to let the audience have the pleasure of imagining the continuation, and make their own story and be happy.
But sometimes it just doesn't work, (this trope which is especially common in harem stories, where there is no conclusion); a less definitive ending from one perspective can be seen as either an artistic decision made for the best, or from another point, an attempt to please the masses.
I'm not too sure which perception i stand with this anime/manga.
Wow! both endings? you mean the ending in the manga is different than the one in the anime? (I only watched the anime \ OVA) and I'm so curious now xD
