The fact that a lot of us haven't heard someone tell them that they worked hard is sad. If you want to hear it, the fact that you're here now means you worked hard. Either emotionally or physically. This song just makes me cry because all I ever wanted to hear from the people I love is being said by svt.
for real. i've been crying earlier, and for weeks, months now. i've always having a hard day. pretending, laughing and at night crying. i want to hear those words from the people i love, i wanted to be comforted by them, but all i get is 'you should work hard, and just forget and stop thinking about what you're feeling right now'. never thought that from the very start, SVT is what God gave me. they all gave the comfort that i've been wanting for.

the power of words like "you did well" "you worked well" is really, really big and powerful. Sometimes, our family or close friends don't say this kind of words when we need to hear them. But when someone that you really care about and love (Seventeen) says them, it's really touching and it gives you the "I really needed to hear this" sensation. For songs like this is why I'm proud to say that I'm a Carat and that I will always be one.
I think the part that got me the most is when dokyeom said ”you can be hugged by me, i am the same”.
I think it really shines a light of what depression and sadness can do you which is make you feel like you alone, but in reality everyone is going through a tough time but we all just keep it to ourselves to seem strong. Normalizing being sad, crying, feeling tired, taking a break, will allow us to feel more comfortable talking about struggles and not bottle it inside all the time. Know that your not alone, someone loves you, svt always say they love us, im sure everyone in this comment section carat or not loves you. Anyways its 2am i need to sleep, if anyone is crying why listening to this make sure to take time to breathe before sleeping or your be puffy tomorrow 😊☺

I'm an 18 year old carat and as I'm growing older, I'm starting to realize that I have no one by my side to hug me or pat my head and say that I'm doing well. battling with depression isn't easy :) i cried myself to sleep, everyday. i wanted to sleep forever and i kept wishing that I won't wake up again because i know that the next day will be the exact same. my life is a joke that I can't find the meaning of. I kept running away with tears and broken heart. I wanted to give up on myself and my life..I wanted to end everything. after 3 suicide attempts, I'm here :) This song helped me so much..whenever I'm having a tough time, i would listen to this song and I would feel a lot calmer. and guessed what! it has been 3 weeks since I stopped cutting!!!!

This song is my comfort song. when I have had a hard time and have burntout myself to the core but I still kept going and didn’t realise and every time the melody of this song plays and I hear the lyrics, I immediately break down. Like every thing that I have been holding, just breaks. Telling me that it’s okay, “you’ve worked hard”. The way I long to hear those words. Seventeen are the only people who told me that you’re worth it and the it’s okay and that I have worked that. And that, means the whole world
I remembered the time when my friend messaged me and I was like “Can’t talk with you rn. I have a problem” and those times, she knew what I was going through then she sent me this video saying that it’s ok and she understands me and that I’m not alone. I cried so hard after receiving the video and sometimes I feel like I don’t deserve a friend like her :’))

I feel weird talking about this but since I saw a lot of Carats leaving small stories and encouraging each other I figured I should do that too.
I'm living with really bad cptsd (it's been about 6 years now) and because of that I'm unable to work, my parents spend their time looking down on me and calling me useless whenever they feel like it. I sometimes feel really hopeless or even want to give up, but when I found Seventeen and became a Carat, I had a source of power. I'm now slowly working my way back into life and this song really gives me a lot of strength.
It's not just Seventeen but Carats too.

Since everyone else is doing this, I finally have the courage to say my story too.
My parents divorced when I was 9 years old and since I was young, I didn’t really think much about it.
But then whenever it would be father’s day or smth at my elementary we made cards for our dads and i couldn’t give it to
my dad since he lived all the way in San Francisco. I always thought that it was my fault for my parent’s divorce and I felt
unhappy because I didn’t really grew up with my father. My mom is a big inspiration but she was always
at work whenever I would return from school, always getting home at midnight.
My brother was always in his room and never really gave me attention as a younger sister, more like a stranger.
I found out about this song a few months ago and I immediately started crying. The fact that seventeen, one of my favorite groups
