Europeans never brought carnival to the Caribbean. Can you show us the history. Africans brought their celebration down with them. Beside i dont see the similarities between European festival Halloween dressings like the devil and everything to do with evil to carnival. Am i missing something here? So where is Europeans carnival?

Yes they did but enslaved Africans developed something very different and unique ,well my country history Trinidad and Tobago credited the French plantation settlers for introduction
