And if I log in my netflix in google chrome it does not open in browser it goes directly to the nextflix app that is outdated. It becomes a loop so now I am not able to watch netflix in our Nikai smart tv. Pls help
I was also facing the same issue, but When I go in App Store of LED, in the bottom, I found an option of update of Netflix, I update it ans now working.
@@charleneduplessis5640 there must some other store (in built TV STORE) from where you can download chrome…. If not then there is no other way for now… because if you download chrome from browser it won’t work
@@April_Imnida it kept saying the same UPDATE REQUIRED but after installing chrome and logging the id mine worked .. though the update required message was still there…

I can login but it freezes immediately I’m logged in I can’t even scroll through to select a movie what can I do please I need help
Well try uninstalling the app and then reinstall… can’t say much without seeing the issue ..

Your tv must have its own app store try searching there … hopefully you will find chrome there

Try opening netflix by searching netflix.com not just netflix and opening the 1st link.. in this way it will take you to the app..
