Very crazy and insane! The reaction of the audience is the best I've ever seen. Both d-low and reeps are on their feet 😂 People who heard king inertia live said the sound was crazy loud, but you could feel it from the screen. And the inward bass is so powerful. Inward King! Amazing!🔥🔥🔥
Those beats are not simple. Its usual for beatboxers to separate composition and technique. But for him to even compose something that clean with those sounds is crazy, except the vocalized part there was no slips or breathy section anywhere
@Marcelo Alves By beat I’m guessing it’s referring to the drum patterns. Inertia didn’t use any crazy drum patterns in his elim. He sort of reminds me of Codfish in a way. His stage presence, power, and execution are all top level but the routines are relatively simple. There isn’t anything like Two H compound rhythms going on.
He had more mistakes (Can hardly call them mistakes) than river, but the impact of the piece is just too crazy, crazy enough to overthrow the mistakes. He just had the "wow" factor. Kinda reminds me of so-so vs beatness, where you can see impact vs cleanliness
Literally a SO-SO type presence in first impression in their first showing. SO-SO 2019 sounded a bit messy in terms of sound but he was way too OP against Beatness. I could say the same with Inertia here since he made a humongous impact with his style and the crowd went full ape shit lol
I heard his bass was sooo hard that your body was vibrating even deep in the crowd. Just depth and those wild at zipper scratch combos at the last 20 seconds sheeeeesh
Inertia kinda doesn't care about the transisitons, he ends one piece, looks at you with cold stare and slaps a bass on you so hard you forget there was supposed to be a transition.
I would dance with you and Reeps if I was there. The energy and bass is insane, even when I was watching it on the livestream. Bass just hits you. It's not just a sound, but a feeling. It feels so powerful and sounds so dark. I freaking LOVE it. 🖤✨
D-Low, did you know the first part of inertia’s routine was a cover of a song called “223’s” by YNW Melly, and if you didn’t know that, would it have affected his score if you would have known that when judging his performance?
Love you D-low your my favorite along with King inertia. The 1st song he did was also a cover by a rapper named ynw melly called 223s. But he killed it. Can't wait to see you battle again . One love brother your the goat .🐐🐐🐐
This was incredible to watch in video, I can't even imagine it live. I'm not a beatboxer so I'm hoping you guys can help me out here, what is the benefit to fully covering the mic? It seems like every time I've seen people do this is sounds a little muddy or causes feedback. Thanks for the insight! 🔥❤️ Thank you d-low for these awesome videos.
Depends on how good your mic is. Covering the mic is great for forcing powerful sounds to translate (e.g. Vocodah, Zekka, and Napom are great examples) but is really hard to breathe in if you don't have any proper techniques to compensate that, I learned that the hard way since I do stages as well.
@@FaerieHijacker I'm not a beatboxer but it seems to me like covering the mic would be good for quiet sounds rather than powerful sounds? Cause I agree with redhondachic that using that technique with powerful sounds makes it all muddy. Just a thought, I realize I'm talking to someone with stage performance
Man, that final drop gotta be the sickest of all. I had D-low's drops against Colaps in 2019 as the best drops done on stage. But King Inertia's last drop of this elimination probably just pipped it. Even D-low is giggling like a small boy here 😂 It's that good 🔥
I’m very curious as to if a judge doesn’t realize something is a cover or not and how they can score on originality if they don’t know. For example, you mentioned the Lil Nas X cover, but you didn’t mention that the first half was a cover of YNW Melly - 223s. So I’m not sure if you even knew it was a cover too and maybe he would’ve scored 2nd for you if you realized that cuz you might score down on originality. But also you have to consider that the actual beats he did were nothing like the actual songs, he just used the melodies and lyrics from the songs but the beat is his own. It’s a lot of things to consider and I’d like to hear your thoughts on it as a judge.
Does anyone else notice D-low flexing in these analysis videos by casually dropping the respective beatboxer's signature beats and routines like nothing's happened?????
I love beatbox and many people beat boxer but inertia is the one must my favorite because the sound so very unique and smooth sound, i love beatbox 😌🥰🥰🥰
im very thankfull that u show us some insight on how you judge how good somebody is performing. Cause often in competitions i didnt understand the decision of the judges.
Shoutout to Scott Jackson - He was so respectful during the event, he is so underrated. Amazing host! RESPECT!
Agreed!! He's such a king... Not to mention his hair.... 😍 Haha

Live there is no equal. Bow down to the King, or be brought to heel by his bass!
i had plugs in but it was crazy bass. My chest hurt from all the bass at the end of the day and inertia was probably a big factor of that
Ye
He's swag on beat drops is hard
1:19 "they call him inward bass God"
D-low: *giggles
It sounded like “N Word Bass God”
@@letsgodraco lmao
Tbh he said Scott said "they call in the inward bass gawd"
That's why dlow giggled lmao.
@@letsgodraco inward and n word sound exactly the same so you're not wrong. Sick racebait though

6:34 idk why but I find dlows laugh so wholesome and funny😂
Same hahah
Yeah he is like a little kid on Christmas
His laugh there was also on beat!
😂😂😂😂😂
He's so simple with the beats but the power and vibe is on another level
It's because his control on his basses is so strong and his style is also unique

Yeah he sometimes lost his inward bass, but he kept going like nothing happened makes you kinda forget about it.
Also his vocals when singing were a bit iffy due to nerves and/or lack of breath.
Great take, especially live these kinds of mistakes aren’t noticed as much with a performance like this
anyway great perfomance
yeah slight chokes with the inward sometimes
6:33 Chezame feels the drop so hard
11:25 imagine that being a counter for Inertia in the future 🤯

True hahaha.
That transition to lil nas x song was great tho
That’s why he hits so hard and is different he doesn’t build up for so long he builds up real quick without bass and just smacks you
I liked his "Eh yo GBB" transition xD

I think it helps with the power of your bass and also adds some reverb to your percussions but I’m only basing this off my listening perspective.
