Wouldn't this be better as four Binaries? No ghost heat, so it probably runs less hot. Longer duration and slightly higher cooldown, but you get all your weapons in the shoulder mounts and four extra tons of cooling.
You can also go with 18 double heatsinks and an xl350. Mechlab gives it a heat mgnt score of 1.1 but mechdb says its actually higher heatdissipation and you don't have to strip as much armor.

The Charger 3K has been able to have a 72 damage non-staggered laser alpha for a long long time now. This isn't even as strong as that.
marauder II can do this as well. 3 binaries and 5 er mediums but no left right firing mode.
