Maybe you're right we're never seen his full power because he always arrogant when he fight his opponent, but i think Shion with brass knuckle >Kiyomasa > Shion without brass knuckle
Prime Izana destroys Toman Mikey. Izana (tenjiku) wasn't taking the fight as serious as mikey, laughing and talking lots yet he was easily destroying a Mikey that wasn't holding back. Mikey was getting dominated and he only manged to land a hit when Izana started feeling tired. If we have a Izana that wasn't depressed he would destroy Mikey mid-diff. He would have boost in stamina, speed, attack power and durability. There wouldn't be a worry for him loosing stamina and would end the fight quick.
Bro also, prime takeomi slams almost every toman character, he's the god of war man and saying that Chifuyu who's a little skinny boy but also a good fighter would defeat a guy who's been keeping his reputation for so long would be disrespectful
That's maybe right, but it's possible too if he called god of war because his smart brain, but we never seen him fight and get all out his power untill now, so i can't place him higher, different with Shiniciro that Waka admit that he never won againts Shiniciro.

Because Yamagishi is last stand againt Shion i think, and Chifuyu can beat Mochi while Mitsuya is have trouble againts Mochi before and Inupi was able to beat much kanto member alone, and i think Koko is not able to doing that.

Actually all toman members are beat at least 15+ of their alone, so before againts Mochi, Chifuyu also beat the member of kanto manji and when againts Hanma, Chifuyu was the last man standing, but it's possible if Hanma beat Mitsuya first because he was more dangerous than Chifuyu
Let's we see in the newest chapter, maybe this scale can be changed

Hmm...i'm also confused, the power is changed too drastically, and ruin my toman power level video, like Chifuyu who stated as second worst arm wrestling in toman but suddenly can bullied Mochi that have much muscular than him, i think tokyo revenger power level was easily changed for the plot, so it's possible if i stopped from Tokyo revenger scales and change to other anime or film in the future
I think i made a mistake, so in this video actually black dragons win, i think i will make Waka, Benkei & Izana have same power like before video, so Waka is 48.400, Benkei is 48.200 and Izana is 50.120

bro, prime wakasa & benkei are much more powerful than you think, they are the main force of the first generation BD, without their power and impact, BD will never be the top gang in japan
and I want to tell you that there are many factors that make it difficult for waka & benkei to beat koko & inupi
1) plot armor and buffed to Koko & inupi
2) waka & benkei are not serious when fighting them, you can see even waka just pats koko's shoulder when he knows koko can't fight anymore, he didnt finish him at that time
3) they've retired as delinquents before, which makes their movements and fighting skills not as smooth like at BD first generation era
Actually Waka & Benkei dominated the fight with Inupi & Benkei, and they're not serious, because you see when Waka vs Inupi, Waka is sleepy like 😑 if they serious, they will easily crush them like they do to South, Inupi & Waka can stand long againts Waka & Benkei is just because Waka & Benkei not considered them as the big threat, even Benkei not take off his clothes now, different when againts South, and also Inupi & Koko have high will for avenge Draken so they hard to knocked, but in latest chapter, they can't resist it anymore and knocked with badly, Waka admire Koko is just because his respect to his junior of black dragon.
And then the 2nd point, Taiju is not weaker than Hanma, he is above Hanma, when Mitsuya, Chifuyu, Hakkai Takemichi againts Taiju, Taiju was injured from Yuzuha's stab and in the other way, Mitsuya, Takemichi & Hakkai was on their prime and even buffed because they were have high spirit and on fire to beat Taiju, it's really opposite with now, where Chifuyu was already tired after he beat Mochi, Hakkai was tired after he beat Rindou and get hit by Rindou, Akkun is tired after beat Madarame, and Mitsuya is tired after get hit from haitani brothers and beat Ran, exactly with power that near to Draken, Hanma is easily beat them with not prime condition. So Taiju will easier beat them than Hanma if they fight with that condition, Draken is strong but still not on Izana's power.
