How does this improve the chain tensioner that is already installed ? Not being disagreeable, just don’t understand the problem and how does this fix it? Anybody? Thanks in advance
upon startup, the stock tensioner does not have proper oil pressure, therefore does not put proper tension on the timing chain. on a stock setup, there is a timing chain rattle for the first second or two when starting up. this aftermarket stationary mechanical tensioner gets rid of the chain rattle on startup.
Can you tell me, when or after how many km I have to pay attention and start listening for chain? I bought a new bike and now has 29500km. Not rough riding, just travelling. Ty

Hi there my s1000r was rattling on idle I replaced manual tensioner but now it’s rattling while riding. Please advise thanks 😊
