For me… his song “begin” this is a song about bts… about his hyungs he loves so much and how all he cared about was their happiness….. and thanking them for helping grow into who he has become…. Euphoria… this is a song for the fans… it’s part of the storyline… but army is his euphoria… by army knows how much jk loves army… sometimes a little too much to where he gives too too much of himself for us and bts bc he has such a huge heart. Now with “my time,” this is his song.. his words, his story… it’s his time bc he is growing and maturing and learning that he needs to have his own time and think about himself in the equation…. Jungkook joined BTS at a very young age. He left his home Busan and came to Seoul when he was like only 13. I can't imagine myself staying away from my family and parents at such a young age.This song is so personal to him. It almost feels like he's writing his diary and gave it to us to read. The way he wonders how people his same age do things and how he feels disconnected with his present. He always had to work so much and having so much success at such a young age, he never really got to enjoy doing the things that people his same age do. Even though the song sounds quite sensual, the lyrics are just sad.
Since JK joined BTS so young (Korean age 15, global age 13-14), I'm sure he went through so much anxiety and confusion from being in the spotlight so young....I mean, these guys were/are always being filmed, photographed, etc. Plus, he moved to the dorms....He was without his home/parents. NOW, add to this that he was an extremely shy kid. Very few of us...heck, very few people in general, could relate to his journey in that way. I must say, however, KUDOS to his hyungs and to BigHit for the excellent job they did guiding him and helping him on his path.

How he feels his music, how he works with different styles, and how he expresses all emotions and undercurrents in the song, how he modulates his voice, how he mixes all elements so damn well, ... and his diction, excuse me sir - all of it super SMOOTH and FLAWLESS. I can´t get enough of his voice, really. He sits with it somewhere in a place of perfect placement for me - an ultimate sweet spot you may say - never too much, never too little, never overbearing, or underwhelming - Jungkook voice represents PERFECTION to me.
