Yo the videos fye but I think your transition cuts do only have a linear progression which makes them common repetitive and instead of driving attention to a certain aspect it just distracts. Use speed or value graphs whatever you like but do change em. Also the use of old film tape overlay on the screen recording was not necessary and thus makes it look odd. Use it for a certain mood. Also keep a color scheme fixed before editing and follow that. Good job. The coloring lacks shadows, depth, work upon that. Also motion blur is not necessary all the time. I'll recommend you to lean more about design trends and typography combinations and when to use them.

I think you should make videos about " how he made this video" you should simply pick a. Video that you want to decode and just tell new editors about how did he make that video. For example , you can explain how dhruv raathee add animations to the video and you should tell the students/viewsers. How to animate just like him. Just decode complete editing process and technique behind the video. It will be awesome and unique content.

1. Colour Grading can be improved
2. Visual effects are dominating
3. The duplicate part can be improved by using motion blur, and keeping one frame at a time

Editing is great, but brother agar ye clip aap 7-8 hours me kiye ho then probably people might reject you jinhe deadlines me kaam chahiye, Your work is great, now next step that you should follow must be TIME MANAGEMTNT, as I can see the edited part is of nearly 1min 30 secs, so iske liye you must not take more than 2 hours max, so try to fasten the process by shortcut methods, you'll definitely get hired soon... Best of luck

Dude editing is super good but I think the colour grade looks very cheap, like some tik tok videos so you should have tried making colours Somewhat less sharp and a little matt.
