The ring is an Oura ring, it’s a wellness tracker, letting you know things like how your resting heart rate, basal body temperature and sleep is affecting your body. I’ve found the information I get from it quite useful, like recently it told me I’ve been running a low-grade fever for a few days, which coincided with me feeling really quite under the weather and lethargic. I actually have a magnetic bracelet for some joint pain, which I wear 24/7. I can tell when I’m not wearing it.
