FIX msvcp100.dll Missing in PES 2017 100% Working UPDATED

I cannot put the 32 bit file into the SysWOW64 folder because it says that the folder is already in use somewhere else, but I have no other program activated. How do I get rid of this problem / copy the 32 bit file succesfully into that folder?

I just installed "Visual c ++ 2010 Express" and the problem disappeared.
