This video provides an overview of Withholding tax (WHT) in Saudi Arabia. The basis of computation of WHT and rates.
This is dedicated to young Saudi nationals and Tax enthusiast who have studied Tax in university or encountered taxes fairly recently when Saudi Arabia introduced VAT system in 2018. This is my tribute to Saudi society where I have spent almost my entire career of over 15 years practicing Saudi Tax.
Basic objective of this Channel is to introduce Saudi tax system in simple and comprehensive manner to our young Saudi national human resource so that they can learn and formally be part of this change.
Needless to say, information contained are interpretation based on my experience that has been gained during these 15+ years practicing Saudi Tax. As like any other law/regulation, many of the aspects are also subject to interpretation and practices that are depending upon substance/documentation
