Here is the scenario -
Create a community user every time we create a contact in salesforce , then there is a public group 'Sales Users', add that user in this public group.
We have written this from scratch in this video and then we have optimised this.

I am getting this errro when i try to create user from dev console -- Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, portal account owner must have a role: [] ,

Hey CFC , nice channel name, this is a common error comes when your community user' Account owner doesn't have any role.make sure you check that let me know if you still face the issue.
