Of you use alcohol or acetone with cotton swabs it will remove fingerprints seal cracks and remove any imperfections. The acetone can also be used after they are baked

Do you seal your clay? With glaze or sealant??

When I use my pasta machine to do that many passes, my clay gets REALLY long, not wide like yours did- do you have any ideas, tips, tricks, or info for me?!

Thats interesting that it goes long for you! It must be something to do with the way your rollers work must be different to mine!
