Bringing in a vet receiver gives you more freedom when it comes to addressing other needs in the first couple of rounds.
I think courtland Sutton seems very ideal due contract reasons but trading Deontae I think we lost that route running receiver and I don’t think thats the move scheme wise but other than that best value for sure I like him

Why not just trade one of our 3rds and like a 6th for Sutton and the sign Boyd? We can make the cap space for both. Then we can use Jefferson and Watkins as our gunners on kick offs. As well as great WR #4 and #5

@Mike-xq8bv personally having Pickens, Sutton (Wilson's go to WR in Denver), and Boyd should be plenty to replace Johnson. Don't forget that our new OC loves to use tight ends, so Pat should be seeing lots of targets. We can still pick up a solid WR in the 4th round that could develop as well. This solution just makes it so we don't give up out #1 and #2 pick so we can address Tackle and Center.

You can't blame Najee for his 1st year or 2nd to be honest. The Oline was inconsistent. If you get a new guy which NONE are built like Najee so it will take a Year or 2 for him to get to Najee NOW!! There is a Growth Period! 2nd Until Shanahan Wins a Bowl he's just a Playoff Favorite. Cap Space Helps until it doesn't! If you're trying to build off of last year then you don't remove important pieces. Najee is an important piece especially in this new offense.
