Always seemed like he needed alot more chain throws to even compare to King, even though he's got alot more "brawler" attacks.
You can downloaded army r king in ps4? Or you are using pc ? In the version of ps4 is not available...

Armor King had the Wind God Fist from Tekken 1 onwards. He has always had it. Although in the latest games they made it different.
