I just started playing today and picked up doffy and smoker am having a blast and plan to go to my LGs for the pre release this is a awesome video for someone like me great work!
I keep forgetting about him, he's relatively solid but most of the cards you want to play outside of the vanillas are characters with "on plays". If you manage to open a lot of solid "when attacking" characters then he's definitely worth it.
This is my first pre release event so I’m absorbing all the infos i can get ! I don’t think ill be able to get the alt leader winning prizes but im excited to be able to play with cards you dont usually reach out for and all the colours !! I only have Pluffy leader card do you think that’s playable in sealed ? Or should i hope for a shanks or ask someone to let me borrow a leader … thank you for the vids always !
Purple Luffy is a fine leader for sealed, getting ahead on curve can actually be pretty powerful if you have good cards to play but I wouldn't use his ability more than once per game.
That's actually up to each stores discretion. The official sealed rules allow you to bring any Leader. Personally I think Rainbow Luffy is more fun since you don't have to worry about leader restrictions but not all stores enforce it.
