25 seconds?!? Holy moly that’s a DAMN good time from tones drop to leaving the station! Even though you had a crew in the house, that’s still an awesome time! You all should be proud of that quick response time.
I love these type of videos filmed aboard a fire truck enroute to a call. It makes you feel like you're actual on board and you get to experience what it's like responding to a call. Exciting as well as educational.
mr.martin since I was 10,you have inspired me to become a fireman!!! I use to watch your videos everyday since 2007 up to 2016,I am now a Training Volunteer! #BlackFirefightersRock!
I believe that read this comment just recently,but if I haven't, word up! You're Damn right Black fire fighters indeed do rock! Matter of fact,did you and I just get done discussing siren usage a couple nights ago?
@andrewdemello it's tradition. It used to be that when there was a fire, that firehouse siren is what alerted firefighters to calls. Yes there are pagers and radios now, but they old fire station siren never went away. This is seen mainly on the east coast. In the mid-west and the west, it's not done. At least anywhere I've ever been to.
Awesome video I love the tones going off everyone at the station Quick response can you post more of those videos of you going to the station when the call goes off and do you still go in the fire truck anymore?
@fmartinjr ha and just one more question. When your tones hit what's that buzzer alarm called? I don't know any volly depts in my county that have that. it's pretty sweet though
@fireAKems Yeah we still have ours in south Jersey I grew up hearing that it is the reason I joined everytime it went off i went out side and waiting for the trucks to go by. South Jersey here Pomona station 26-3
Hey all, Does anyone agree with me that the siren is a bit over the top ?? surely theres not that many cars / foot traffic on the road that you need to be getting that carried away ? Maybe a need for takeing 1 step back and settling down the adrelanin rush !!! or is it protacle that this amounr of siren work needs to happen?
@guitar4meandu As the wagon rounds the corner,you can see a cop car on the Northside of the building,we just cleared a car wreck from that location maybe 20 minutes before. About six of us were in the communications room when the printer and nearby company tones started going off,so we booked out to the engine room,and there it is homie.
Dude did u really need 2 hit the air horns like that come on.U weren't Rollin in any intersections u drove by 2 cars going the same direction that wasn't even in away u how old r u come on......
That's what's up. Just remember, don't rush into progression. Take your time and learn your crafts. You'll be telling me in several years from now that you've made it on a career department. Give it all time. - Frank from Delaware. Proud of you

For Delaware being small we see a decent amount of fires.And ALOT of wrecks.
Love the Klaxon!

@greytown293 If I was in an emergency I'd love to hear those sirens. It's good to know helps coming.
@courtnay15 I haven't been over the bridge to south Jersey in a while.
Same with me on the fire sirens activating when I was a kid in the 1970's.
That STH-10 definitely sounds like an old air raid siren from World War II and the Cold War era.
@thecowboy09 Thank you brother.
Its funny that you can tell that the truck is turning cuz of the way the tags swing. Lol!
good luck you guys need it and be safe may god help the people who are need in help
Oh....ok whoever you are..??
@cwahl13 Negitive,the drivers don't operate the "Q" siren on these rigs.But is it too much?Yeah a little.Still is a sharp video.

Listen to the engine when it starts to hear the turbo spool up
Great siren sound effect. To the guy making the video, looks like that turnout coat needs to get smoked up just a bit. Lol. Good job.

@downtownfireman20 Hell yea!!
@ntfd125 Negative.This video was over 3 years ago.

The sound of a siren means someone's life or property is in jeopardy. It is not something to revere.
