- Hey everybody, check out this Travel Conga from Pearl! I was seriously impressed with the real-conga sound of this ultra-compact drum. It's a traditional 11.75" conga diameter, yet it's only 3.5" deep. It fits easily in a backpack, has a great feel to it, and sits comfortably on your lap. A performance stand is also available from Pearl. Thanks for watching!

these sound sooooo much better than the LP compacts.
Yup, day and night ! Too bad they're being discontinued...
I don't think so, especially since there's a video of someone comparing the LP Compact Congas to traditional, and I don't notice a difference. These on the other hand don't sound like traditional congas.
@@nbuehster I have a set of Travel congas and compact congas. The pearl drums sound a million times better. Here's my analysis :
They sound and feel like actual drums. 1 issue, they lack is bottom end compared to regular congas. It's obvious with the quinto but less so with the tumba. 2nd issue, some people complained the tuning system is in the way or hurtful but I'd say after a while, it's not hard to adapt. And that's the old model, didn't get a chance to try the supposedly improved newer ones.
It's unbelievable !!!!
I like to purchase a set 11 inch conga quinto and 11.75 inch conga with stand where and how much?im from Philippines.thanks
'Easy' count: 11
They’re good and practical but what kills it is the tensioners, is a hazard and not recommendable you can loose your hands and that’s it!
COOL
The LP Compact Conga sounds better, imo.
LPcompact congas don't have any base at all. These do!
You sound a little like Casey Casey.
