sadly with basic humanity it takes time for ppl in broader idea of it to develop and accept things as wrong when they themselves have been around it for so long to see these wrongs and wrong-doings as ''usual'', ''normal'', ''nothing big'' and ''how it should be''... they don't identify it as anything bad but ''the norm'' (of humanity). it takes time for ppl to disconnect from the herd mentality of irresponsibility and take responsibility & ask questions about the ideas they've been pursuing so far, to learn them and have critical thinking to stop and recognise the wrongs & wrong-doings, that comfortably have been settled in society so as ''a norm'' bc ''it's easier to go along with it'', as such.
and when in front of those things you try to stand for and get beaten down as the ''misfit'' & it seems as if the fight is without a future of a win, you are the there to remember where & how long did it take for ppl to even come THIS far with things we NOW see as normal but not in such a recent past we didn't & THAT was ''the misfit'' & ''abnormal''. even in the spam of a single generation you can count so many changes that particular generation has gone through to learn how wrong they've been, how wrong they've been doing. we as ppl live just to find out how wrong & bad our rights & goods have been, but you have to START somewhere...it's just sooooo darn slow especially when so many ppl are sooooo comfortable with it - ''you are going to be the part of the problem at changing the hope that is essential to changing the world''.
