Very intriguing and fun looking game. I have definitely added this to my "wish list' of games to eventually add to my collection. Thank you for another stellar run through.
24:08 - I don't think this qualify for the Neighbourhood bonus. In page 5 of the instruction manual, it says it has to be adjacent and no river in between. There is a river in between the bakery and the woodcutter. In the example at the bottom of page 5, it explicitly states that a river in between does not count as neighbouring.
33:31 Paulo's note incorrectly? states that you forgot to take advantage of the Bonus of Expanding next to a Producing Facility, but in a previous note he pointed out that you don't get that bonus when there is a river separating your meeple from the facility.
At approximately 4:32 when you ended your turn (Rahdo) what allowed you to earn 16 pounds? I am sure I likely missed where it was explained, so hopefully you or someone else can enlighten me. :)
Ahh I remember, it's because he was the first player to pass right? Not only earning him the 16 pounds vs 13, but solidifying his position as first player?
It's a burned action, though, and looking at Jen's board state, it was an easy guess that she had another 2-3 actions to burn for the turn, so he could've waited another turn to gain advantage. Still, I *love* how flexible this is and how strategies sort of spin out in fractals. *grin*
Fair enough! I enjoy getting to the end of a turn and realizing "Oh man, £4 left -- I can squeeze an upgrade in before passing!". It feels sneaky. *grin*

Having a game night tomorrow to try this out for the first time, and this was very helpful. Thank you!

Another thing I may have missed, what signals the end of the round?
Just full of questions today I know!
round is over when everyone passes :)
@rahdo:
At 4:28, you say "only 4 [Pounds], not enough to do anything". Not true! You could buy another merchant or upgrade your shipping!
True, but a merchant or shipping upgrade is still kind of dead capital and might cost him the turn order. So it was kind of reasonable to pass.

yeah you are right, I haven't look at Jen's resources ...
tbh i was just trying to move the video along and show how more stuff works :)

11:00 Jen should have scored 5 glory there because the wheat field is worth 2.
It was already noted... Like Rahdo says at the start of the video, please turn on the Klingon subtitles to see where Richard goofs up… Thanks :)
22:56 Is the milk cost 5 or 4?
Like Richard said at the start of the first video, Please turn on the Klingon Subtitles... that goof was already noted there
