午餐肉 1罐
飯 3-4碗
洋蔥 1個
蔥 1棵
蛋 2 隻
泡菜 3湯匙
鹽 少許(1茶匙)
醬料:
茄汁 1湯匙

Almost 10 spoonful of oil, seriously?!
Sorry that this scares you. However, I was using an “iron wok” which creates nice fragrance to food but needs oil during cooking especially fried rice . You can use the non stick pan to do your work to reduce oil.
Indeed, it was not 10 spoonful, around 5 I remember. 😜
