    *Ingredients:*
    - 1 long glass semolina (rava)
    - 1 cup chopped leafy vegetables - methi and dill leaves (1/2 bunch)
    - 4-5 tablespoons oil
    - 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
    - 1/4 teaspoon split black gram (urad dal)
    - 1/4 teaspoon Bengal gram (chana dal)
    - Pinch of turmeric powder
    - 2 onions, sliced
    - 1 tomato, sliced
    - 5-6 slit green chillies
    - A few curry leaves
    - Salt to taste
    *Instructions:*
    1. Dry roast the semolina in a pan until it turns golden brown. Set aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them splutter.
    3. Add sliced onions, slit green chillies, and curry leaves. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
    4. Add chopped methi and dill leaves. Sauté until they are slightly cooked.
    5. Add salt and sliced tomato. Mix well and fry for about 2 minutes.
    6. Pour 2 and 1/2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.
    7. Gradually add the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens. Serve hot.
