[4K Walk] 서래마을 산책 / A walk in Seorae Village

대한민국에 사는 프랑스인 중 약 절반 정도가 서래마을에 거주하고 있다. 그 시작은 한국이 KTX 사업을 할 당시 프랑스에서 기술 지원을 위해 파견한 인원들이었다. KTX가 만들어진 이후로는 프랑스인 수가 좀 줄었지만 그래도 여전히 많은 편이다. 때문에 서울프랑스학교도 이곳에 위치해 있다.
프랑스인이 많기 때문인지 프랑스식 레스토랑이나 와인바가 유독 많다. 다만 프랑스풍으로 유명한 이 동네에도 2010년대 들어서부터는 일식집이 상당히 많아졌다. 2012년 말부터는 가히 일식집 춘추전국시대. 이들은 2016년 현재에도 잘 운영되고 있다.
현재는 프랑스, 이태리식 식당이 줄어들고 그자리에 많은 커피카페나 일본식 주점이나 바가 늘어나고 있다.
About half of the French living in Korea live in Seorae Village. The beginning was the personnel dispatched from France to provide technical support when Korea was in the KTX business. Since KTX was created, the number of French has decreased a little, but it is still a lot. Therefore, Seoul French School is also located here.
Perhaps because there are many French people, there are particularly many French restaurants and wine bars. However, even in this neighborhood famous for its French style, there have been quite a few Japanese restaurants since the 2010s. From the end of 2012, the Warring States Period of Japanese restaurants. They are still operating well as of 2016.
Currently, the number of French and Italian restaurants is decreasing, and many coffee cafes, Japanese bars, and bars are increasing there.
