      Good question!
      I was thinking of The Crave / Original Rags and/or The Maple Leaf Rag (especially if you already can play Scott Joplin's version)

      @@itsRemco I think Maple Leaf Rag is a particularly hard one. The Crave is't one of the pieces that shows off his style to the best extent either. I would recommend Mister Joe as one that really has all his best improvising in it. His Genet recording of the Pearls isn't too hard for his stuff either and is a great piece too.

      @@TheRandomChannel-4884 I've realised afterwards that Jungle Blues is the easiest. It has no chord progression and asides from one chromatic part in the left hand the left hand repeats the same thing throughout so it's really easy to get that and a lot of the melodies are repeated riffs. It's quite a slow piece too though at the end it does have some large hand stretches.
