That is a 2-flip TCP case. I didn't show the algorithms for these in my video, but there are other tutorials for TCP floating around on UA-cam that include them. I do recommend learning these now.

when does odd tcp come into play? isn't there another 6 algs we have to know?
What if the corners need to go counterclockwise but the centers are already right
