I would think that the spell wouldn't affect those who passed on before it was made which means if anyone who knew who Peter was before the spell came back alive they would remember him. If you do not see the problem with white-washing characters, you are truly just a little kid trying to sound and act tough when you really have no idea of problems that are going on in the real world. Or are you just a white supremacies seeing as you only draw white oc's? Seems like you should be asking yourself some questions.
